Dominique Litmaath, Founder and President of Reneris, has worked for over twenty-five years across a broad spectrum of sectors with Fortune 500 organizations as well as small-to-medium size enterprises and non-profit organizations. Her professional experience is focused on the critical alignment of organizational strategies with all aspects of operations to achieve engagement, productivity and results. Dominique is SearchPath International’s global practice leader for the Hospitality and Multi-Family Housing sectors, serving as subject matter expert in those areas.
Dominique started her career as a corporate management trainee with Hilton Hotels. She was a managing consultant at the global consulting firm Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), held management positions with Robert Half International and opened the U.S. office for Optimus Medina Riley Corp, a developer of experiential marketing projects within the Museum industry. She founded Reneris in 2015.
I am deeply engaged in venture philanthropy, have co-founded a non-profit organization and have served on several non-profit boards. I speak a (just a) few languages and have worked, lived and traveled extensively outside of the U.S. Currently, I live in Shaker Heights, Ohio with my family. We have a cabin near Lake Tahoe and a beach house just outside of Barcelona Spain. When I‘m not working I am usually playing tennis or paddle, running outdoors or (most often) driving my children around….
I hold an MBA, Strategy & Marketing from the Anderson School at UCLA and a BS, Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management from Oregon State University.
