After working for an international search firm, I decided to start my own recruiting agency. In October 2008, I bought a franchise recruiting for the banking industry. Anyone in banking remembers all too well the downward turn in 2008. Fortunately, we not only survived, but have thrived while expanding into other avenues.

I’ve been regarded by my clients as someone who holds high ethical standards while maintaining a great sense of humor. Someone they can count on for guaranteed customer satisfaction, which enables me to maintain strong working relationships across many spectrums.

I welcome the opportunity to work with clients to attain the most productive professionals in the market and assist candidates in reaching their full professional potential as well. My practice is in the banking industry filling searches from Commercial Lenders, Compliance, Credit, Audit, Treasury, Operations, to all C-level positions.

My education

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Gardner Webb University, Boiling Springs, NC.

My Experience

My career in the search industry started in 1995 after being recruited away from where I served as a Bereavement Counselor. After careful consideration, I decided I wasn’t searching for another opportunity, the opportunity came to me. It was fate and I thought my talents would be better utilized helping people truly live as opposed to putting them to rest. It was a leap of faith and much to my surprise I found my true passion.
