SearchPath Talent Innovation

I have over twenty years of experience in the defense industry, leading diverse cross-functional teams to solve our nation's most demanding problems. I am excited to start using those skills to help my clients find the quality talent necessary to help our warfighters and intelligence professionals deter and, if necessary, fight and win our nation's wars.
I strive to move beyond the job order or the resume to uncover the "Why?"; the driving purpose behind a company or individual that reveals the right synergies to forge long-lasting, high-performing teams.
I understand the unique challenges of hiring, retaining, and developing skilled national security professionals. I know that our nation's warfighters and intelligence community are counting on you to deliver the innovative capabilities of tomorrow. That is why you can count on my team to identify high-quality candidates quickly to fill your mission-critical roles

About me

I enjoy the challenge of thinking about complex problems, analyzing the best course of action, and executing a solid game-winning strategy. In addition, I enjoy playing and designing board games, imagining what life could be like on other planets, and coaching my kids' soccer teams.

My Education

I am fortunate to have an advanced degree in travel, having lived multiple years abroad, including Tokyo and Shanghai as a child, and traveling extensively with the U.S. Navy.
I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's of Arts degree in National Security Studies from Georgetown University.

My Experience

I am a veteran of the United States Navy, having served as a Surface Warfare Officer on the USS MASON (DDG-87) and ex USS GARY (FFG-51). A trained Operations Research Analyst, I applied critical thinking, wargaming and modeling, and simulation to clients like the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and Office of Naval Research (ONR). I also used those same skills to inform Lockheed Martin's technology strategy in Joint All Domain Operations, artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, and advanced communications.
While not previously a recruiter, I have always had a sincere interest in finding and retaining the best talent for my organization, leading many internal efforts to enhance talent management, training, and retention.
