I am fortunate to have an advanced degree in travel, having lived multiple years abroad, including Tokyo and Shanghai as a child, and traveling extensively with the U.S. Navy.
I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's of Arts degree in National Security Studies from Georgetown University.
I am a veteran of the United States Navy, having served as a Surface Warfare Officer on the USS MASON (DDG-87) and ex USS GARY (FFG-51). A trained Operations Research Analyst, I applied critical thinking, wargaming and modeling, and simulation to clients like the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and Office of Naval Research (ONR). I also used those same skills to inform Lockheed Martin's technology strategy in Joint All Domain Operations, artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, and advanced communications.
While not previously a recruiter, I have always had a sincere interest in finding and retaining the best talent for my organization, leading many internal efforts to enhance talent management, training, and retention.
