In the last almost 13 years with SearchPath I have worked with our field offices to develop their businesses. I handle training, technology and anything else short of recruiting.

I am also involved in the ongoing development of technology platforms that we use.

About me

I have 3 great grown kids who are passionate about their careers and families. My idea of the best way to spend an evening is to cook for family and friends and then open a bottle of wine to enjoy with them.

My Experience

I joined Management Recruiters of Arlington, VA (aka The McCormick Group) in October of 1977. I recruited logic design engineers for the EWS market around Washington, DC. I joined the MRI fields operations team in 1979 and spent the next 30 years in some aspect of operations including 10 years heading up the IT team.

In 2003 I went with the spin off of the company owned offices (aka PrincetonOne) where I continued to do field operations and technology until 2009, when I joined SearchPath.
