Since joining the executive search industry in 2013, he has learned best practices from some of the most reputable search firms from both the U.S. and Canada like Head2Head (now Wilson CTS), and Robert Half. Before 2012, Victor acquired some of the best sales and customer service best practices through Enterprise Holdings in NYC, Boston Metro, and New Hampshire where he started his journey in 2007.
Victor prides himself on his professional experience being acquired in a traditional corporate setting, boutique agency scenery, and as an international digital nomad; making him a versatile trusted adviser to the Global Performance Search client portfolio.
As a proud New Englander, Victor earned both of his Bachelors of International Affairs and Political Science at the University of New Hampshire; his masters in Strategic Relationship Marketing was earned at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada.
A true digital nomad, Victor mainly operates our of the SearchPath - GPS office out of Medellin, Colombia.
Victor on his off time is highly involved with the US ex-pat community in Colombia, often being an outside resource to the US Embassy in Bogota (Capital and largest city) for minor US citizen issues in Medellin and immediate disaster response.
