There is an old adage in franchising “you are in business for yourself but you are never alone.” That certainly is true for SearchPath and our franchisees.
Most business crises are rarely limited to occurring in a “normal work week”, SearchPath’s team uses technology to constantly be available for any needs, regardless of when they occur, 24×7. SearchPath support goes beyond training and coaching to include other business services like billing and collections, technology consulting, vendor relations and marketing. These are just of few of the things that SearchPath does to allow you to focus on growing your business.
Training And Development
Our franchisees come to us from all walks of life, with a myriad of varied experiences. From straight out of college to a person kicking off their 2nd career to coming back into the workplace after an absence. There can’t be a “one size fits all” approach to training such a broad base. At SearchPath we believe that as everyone learns differently we have to provide multiple ways to get knowledge from multiple voices.
SearchPath University provides a live instructor led training that can be attended in our physical office or from the comfort of yours. In addition to the live sessions the on-line offerings include over 500 titles featuring 30 plus instructors covering everything from signing in to technology, to techniques and insights on running a business.
We also have “study groups” based on tenure and levels of success to further add to the interactive nature of learning at SearchPath U. In any given month there are at least 40 hours of live interactive sessions that are open to anyone in the SearchPath network.
