After 7 years recruiting for other firms, Tim established his own recruiting firm. As Managing Partner of SearchPath Career Source, he brings his own brand of recruiting to clients and candidates. Tim works to assure that both parties experience their best recruiting and on-boarding experience.
He chose to partner with SearchPath which was founded in 2005 and is one of the nations top networks of talent acquisition professional service firms. SearchPath has a unique approach that includes a variety of service options that enable their organization to stand alone against their competition.
Tim gives back to the community as a regular presenter at suburban job clubs and career centers. He is approachable and always interested in meeting new people because he is committed to improving the recruiting experience for all involved.
